Kelly Services is recruiting for a Business Support Officer for one of our client based in Surry Hills for an initial 3 months contract The successful candidate will be supporting the team to successfully onboard new staff as well as offer some general team support. You must hold a current and valid baseline clearance or have had one recently.
- Ensuring new starters complete the appropriate paperwork
- Liaising with the appropriate stakeholders across the department to ensure clearances are being actioned as quickly as possible
- Working with the helpdesk to install suitable software and applications for each new starter
- Coordinating building and computer access for each new starter
- Management of office equipment to replace faulty equipment
- Meeting coordination and scheduling
- Experience supporting a team with onboarding and new set ups
- Strong organisation skills
- Records Management and TRIM knowledge and experience
- Prepare documents including correspondence, reports and emails
- Experience working with a strict compliance environment
- Excellent communication skills
