As the Director, Employment Review you will have responsibility for the following:

• Lead the development and provision of strategic employment review advice and services for the department.
• Provide timely, strategic industrial relations advice and options associated with employment review activities.
• Develop and implement a coordinated, integrated approach to the review of temporary and casual employees across the various divisions of the department.
• Implement employment review initiatives across the State aligning the breadth of HR services with business strategy and planning.
• Participate in conciliation and arbitration proceedings in industrial tribunals relating to employment review processes and decisions.
• Lead, manage and direct the activities of your team within the Performance and Safety portfolio to achieve established goals and objectives.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including unions, with a view to keeping abreast of best practice, building trust and developing strategic alliances allowing for delivery of effective efficient human resource services.
