Primary purpose of the role

To execute and support recruitment of the highest quality candidates to both the front-line business and head office roles. To contribute to the effective development of the recruitment function to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness.

Key challenges

• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organisational skills
• Prioritise and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate leadership capabilities, including objective setting, and measurement skills
• Meet personal and team monthly, quarterly, and annual goals

Essential requirements

• Demonstrated relevant experience in recruitment delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment within public sector context is not essential but will be highly regarded.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a highly complex environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource administration; knowledge of sound techniques in all aspects of human resource management.
