The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for  three (3) Processing Support Officers to join the Compliance & Regulatory Services Branch within Roads and Maritime Services (RMS). Reporting to the Enrolment Services Manager, you will primarily be responsible in the examination and administration of applications in the Enrolment Processing area by providing efficient, timely and confidential administrative services for the section.

To be successful in this role, you have the ability to meet tight deadlines, have excellent organisational and communication skills within a team environment.

Remuneration package: RMS USS5 ($75,749- $79,607), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Essential requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain administrative systems and to organise work within strict time frames.
• Ability to deliver quality information and assistance when answering telephone inquiries from external industry stakeholders in line with the Unit’s policies, procedures and business rules.
   
• Ability to review applications and audit documentation for completeness and accuracy, in order to facilitate progression in the enrolment process
