Main duties & responsibilities:
- Analysis of the production processes and strategies developed by ASC, mainly in the area of Accommodation and secondarily in Insulation of both hull, pipes and ventilation ducts.
- Improve upon the production processes in the area of Accommodation and Isolation. identification of potential improvements with impact in cost reduction and schedule or other aspects such as quality, based on the experience of similar work carried out in frigate F105:
- Processes.
- Sequences.
- Assignment of resources.
- Follow-up of established ratios, based on real data of frigate F105 (consideration of conversion factor/adjustment due to differences in facilities, requirements and shipyard experience).
- Provide technical support and advice to the Accommodation and Isolation staff.
To join our crew you will have:
- Experience in accommodation and insulation work in frigate F105.
- Experience in transmitting lessons learned and building experience from frigate F105 to AWD.
- Experience in the Interpretation of documentation used by Navantia in the construction of F105, construction plans, procedures, test protocols, etc.
- Experience in the coordination and sequence of work on site.
- Be Spanish spoken and written to an exceptionally high level
- English spoken and written.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
