About us
The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) is a Victorian Government-owned organisation. The role of the TAC is to promote road safety through the Towards Zero road deaths and serious injuries strategy, improve the State's trauma system and support those who have been injured on our roads.
About the role
As a trusted business partner, you will contribute to business success by generating business insights derived from customer pain points, overlaid with strong project management disciplines.
Responsible for fostering relationships between the operational business area and the project delivery functional areas, you will lead the development and implementation of multiple and/or complex business projects relating to TAC’s strategy, on time and on budget.
Working with multiple indirect reports, you will guide a cross functional team and provide mentoring and advice to other Project Managers.
About you
- Experience leading significant business transformation projects
- Significant experience in senior project management across multiple industry sectors
- Proven experience in management of cross functional teams and environments
- Understanding of project methodologies and associated measurement/ reporting standards and controls.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Project Management, Health or other relevant field
