Your new role:
Based in Townsville, there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Infrastructure Management and Delivery team.
This role provides an opportunity for the successful applicant to provide on-going support to the District Director Northern. You will also provide high level administrative support to project managers and team members, including coordination of team meetings, taking and distributing minutes, documents and reports, establishing and maintaining spreadsheets and registers and providing timely information, updates and presentations as required.
Skills & Experience
- High level of motivation, administration and organisational skills
- Experience in Executive Assistant positions, particularly in the transport or civil engineering sector, will be highly regarded
- Current holder of a "C" class driver's licence
Duties
- Monitor the District Director's appointments diary, scheduling appointments and coordinating and collating associated papers for meetings, functions and conferences
- High level administrative support to project managers and team members
- Provide effective project management assistance for project staff to ensure deadlines are met to required standards
- Use computer software to provide expert advice and support in the preparation and formatting of documents and spreadsheets
