Your key responsibilities include:

  • Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
  • Develop, maintain and support multiple training environments (sandpit and delivery systems) to align end user experience with training objectives.
  • Provide advice and contribute to the management of transports and refresh activities for the IWFM training environments.
  • Initiate and develop strong internal stakeholder relationships to ensure all inputs into the training environment (personnel data, security profiling, technical workflow) are delivered accurately and in line with project timelines and required training delivery.
  • Coordinate the incorporation of all training requirements, and solution functionality, into two distinct sandpit systems (Workbrain and myHr) based on the overall training strategy, approach and delivery.
  • Develop training environment requirement documentation to ensure system stability and suitability to support IWFM training deliverables.
  • Evaluate training environment documentation and delivery strategies between system releases to ensure currency and update where needed.
  • Proactively manage internal IWFM and external stakeholder requirements and expectations, moderating training and environment risks and supporting transformational change.

What we are looking for?

  • Demonstrated high level knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in environment transport and defect management practices as they pertain to the development and maintenance of effective training environments in SAP HR and Workbrain.
  • Proven ability to scope, develop and deliver content, resources and technical requirements to support the build and maintenance of training environments critical to the delivery and development of training programs within a large scale program/project.
  • Demonstrated experience using content development tools.
  • Relevant experience in payroll, rostering and/or workforce management services.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of training environment resources.
  • Proven effective stakeholder management and consultation, collaboration, facilitation, written and oral communication skills within a complex program/project environment.
