Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage a Business Analyst. This position is located in their busy Canberra office with an initial 4 month contract with possible extensions.
  
About the Role 
We are seeking the services of a talented Business Analyst to be part of a project team leading an exciting initiative to redevelop the department’s security ICT database. You will be working alongside a high calibre, friendly and supportive team delivering creative solutions.

Duties
The Business Analyst will be responsible for liaising with business experts, information technology users, developers, and applications testers to identify, obtain, analyse and document business requirements and process maps.

  
Requirements/Skills

• Good communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders to seek information
• Recent experience in similar position within Government
• Demonstrated experience in use of TFS and Sharepoint
• Demonstrated experience working in SDLC and Agile environments using PRINCE2, PMBoK
• Strength across all aspects of the SDLC
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst across various disciplines
