Your new company
This client requires an experienced GIS Officer for an initial 3 month contract that is likely extend. You will work within their asset management team within a growing municipality.

Your new role
You will assist the GIS Coordinator in the ongoing maintenance of maps and spatial property datasets, as well as development and maintenance of council’s Geographic Information System (GIS), in order to provide effective and efficient support services.

What you'll need to succeed
With tertiary qualifications in Geomatics / Surveying / Cartography / Land Information you have extensive experience in a similar role and are proficient with ArcGIS. This is combined with strong working knowledge relational databases and data management systems.
