Our Government Services division is seeking an Integrated Logistic Support Analyst to join the LHD Project. The role is based at Garden Island in Sydney.
Responsibilities
- Apply Through Life Support and Sustainment Management expertise in a maritime workforce supporting a major Defence capability
- Assist with specifying and managing contracted Logistic Support Analysis to address engineering change
- Manage engineering change ILS artefact deliverables through Survey and Quote (S&Q), design reviews and deliverables acceptance
- Manage the incorporation of changes to ILS artefacts into the configuration and logistics baseline data sets
- Assist with undertaking analysis such as Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Level of Repair (LORA), Sparing Analysis, and Life Cycle Cost Modelling associated with sustainment optimisation
- Assist with managing the performance of Organisational and External Planned Maintenance effectiveness through Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) data analysis
- Assist with establishing an LCC, Reliability, Availability and Maintainability reporting environment to monitor and report on ILS program achievement utilising existing analysis data sets
- Assist with preparing reports on performance of the ILS program for management consideration and task performance including conduct of Root Cause Analysis
- Work within the Naval Technical Framework within the bounds of any authorisation or requirements
- Liaise with Navy and Classification Societies as required
Requirements
- Technical qualifications (trade qualified or higher) in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an integrated logistic support or logistic engineering discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Defence or related technical industry
- Current / previous Security Clearance of have the ability to obtain a Defence Security Clearance
- Applicants must be Australian citizens
