- VPSG4 salary range $82,574 - $93,689 p.a + super + leave loading
- One (1) full time, fixed term position available
- Provide advice and assistance to management and staff on injury management
Some of your duties will include:
- Liaising and/or consulting with injured employees, their managers and treatment providers about work capacity and monitoring recovery;
- Assisting injured employees, and ensuring their managers meet return to work obligations under legislation;
- Assist with resolving any return to work related issues or disputes.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- At least 3 years experience in Injury Management or a related field;
- Experience and relevant qualification in occupational rehabilitation, psychology or allied health would be highly regarded;
- You will be able to demonstrate your experience in managing people along with high level communication, influencing and negotiation skills,
