Your remuneration
SNSW Grade 10/11 - The package includes the base salary range of ($120,223 - $144,521), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
Opportunity
The Sales Support Manager provides operational sales support to the Account Management team within Partner Solutions. This role focuses on supporting the development of sales solutions and documentation for existing Agencies as well as new business opportunities within the Partner Solutions pipeline.
Key Accountabilities
• Build strong customer relationships, including facilitating customer workshops to gather business requirements and support the Account Manager in customer engagement.
● Participate in business development activities including pre-sales meetings with customers and internal stakeholder teams to define solution scope, structure costs and develop proposals for the solution offered.
● Develop sales solutions and agreements for Agency Campaigns, in consultation with the cross-functional teams and subject matter experts within the business.
● Proactively identify commercial issues arising from Operational meetings and escalate to the relevant account manager as appropriate, including providing appropriate solutions.
● Provide sales support for business development opportunities, including follow-up on action items, supporting solution creation and working with Account Managers to achieve signoff of business proposals.
● Provide commercial oversight related to the Change Management process.
● Ensure sales and onboarding processes are followed on all engagements.
Requirements
•Tertiary qualifications within a relevant business discipline, or demonstrated working experience in sales,pre-sales, consultative selling, developing and managing customer relationships, or strategic marketing role.
● Strong understanding of customer service delivery operations, including call centre and service centre operations in a government context will be an advantage.
● High level financial skills, balanced with knowledge of practical and commercial issues applicable to operational functions.
● Extensive experience in building and implementing pricing and costing systems and frameworks in large complex organisations.
● Strong experience in identifying business development opportunities, including opportunities for cross selling and new business.
