The opportunity 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager/Engineer to join the Technical and Project Services Division at Roads and Maritime Services (RMS). Reporting directly to a range of managers within the branch, you will be responsible to develop and manage the implementation of road and bridge maintenance and construction projects in accordance with the client’s time, cost, quality and scope requirements.

As the Project Manager/ Engineer, you will ensure infrastructure projects are completed in a timely and cost efficient manner, control the administration and delivery of contracts and the creating appropriate procedures, practices and reporting mechanisms to ensure high level standards work health and safety (WHS) and environmental protection and safeguards on projects

To be successful in this role, you have the ability to manage client’s expectations, have excellent organisational and communication skills. In addition, you have a wealth of strong project management experience and able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Remuneration package: RMS Engineering Level 3 ($121,844 - $133,155), plus employer's contribution to superannuation
