About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Officer to join our Capacity Building team. You will use your planning and logistics capability to liaise with facilitators, speakers and guests and support the delivery of multiple high quality events, workshops and residencies.
What you'll need:
In order to succeed in the position of Project Officer Capacity Building you will have:
- Sound planning and organisational skills for program delivery
- Experience in creating, managing and implementing events and stakeholder engagement activities
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and strength in systems which support your high level administrative experience
- Exceptional attention to detail for event planning and coordination of logistics
- A current drivers licence

The commencing salary for this position is $60,305 per annum + 15.4% superannuation
