Purpose of the role

We have a current opportunity for a suitably experienced and motivated individual to join the Executive Services team as an Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for providing a range of administrative and support services to support the effective operation of the Business Unit, including, but not limited to, diary and records management, meeting and event coordination, and drafting of routine correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

Your ability to work in an accurate and efficient manner and your prior experience in delivering multiple administrative support activities will see you successfully able to manage conflicting priorities and expectations, providing an excellent administrative service, on time and to specification.

To fulfil this role, you will be self-motivated and demonstrate your commitment to teamwork and the provision of quality customer service. You will be a strong and articulate communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and face issues in a professional manner, whilst upholding confidentiality, privacy and discretion at all times.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum secondary school completion and/or relevant experience.
  • Administration and time management skills are required for this role, including a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in using Pathway is essential/desirable.
