Parking Officer - Local Council
We are seeking the services of experienced Parking Officers to work for our local council client based in central western Sydney. The roles include enforcing Council regulations and government legilsation surrounding:
- Abandonded Vehicles
- Parking Enforcement
- Educating Public
- Customer Service
Working for a local council you will be a key part of the local laws team, ensuring compliance with parking regulations within your area. A very high level of interpersonal skill is required as well as attention to detail and a pleasant nature.
To apply for this role you must:
- Have previous experience in a parking officer capacity or similar where you have issued infringements and dealt with a wide range of people
- Certificate 4 in Local Government (ideal not essential)
- Have strong customer service skills
- Be a team player
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
- Have a valid drivers licence
- Be able to work autonomously and follow strict procedures and policies

- Good working hours - you have to be flexible between 7am - 7pm, (penalties apply for overtime and weekends worked)
