An exciting ongoing opportunity exists to join our team as a Senior Clinician within the Offending Behaviour Team at Hopkins Correctional Centre in the Grampians Region.

Offending Behaviour Programs (OBP) provides offending behaviour interventions across the public prisons and the Community Correctional Services system. All interventions aim to reduce an offender's risk of re-offending. Utilising a largely cognitive-behavioural approach, interventions range from intensive therapeutic group programs to shorter psycho-educational programs and individual treatment within a correctional environment. 

As an OBP Senior Clinician, you will be provided with a range of professional development opportunities, regular supervision and access to professional networks. 

As the successful applicant, you will possess the ability and enthusiasm to conduct assessment and group-based intervention to prisoners and offenders across the prisons and Community Correctional Services system.   

Your ability to demonstrate sound organisational and interpersonal skills and approach to working effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment, will position you for success. In addition, you will need to be resilient and flexible and confidently manage competing priorities on a day-to-day basis.
