Our local government client requires a

Senior Administrator

to assist the planning team.

Role requirements:

  • Entering and processing of planning applications into Authority
  • Comprehensive administrative support for the senior planning officers / managers
  • Preparing and issuing of formal correspondence to residents following decisions made on planning matters
  • Receiving phone, email and counter enquiries to the planning department
  • Maintaining various registers/databases etc.
  • Completing Account Enquiry & Advice of Sale documents (retrieving data from Intramaps/LPS3 zoning/Authority/Files/Pool registers)
  • Formatting of planning reports for Governance and combining attachments to go to Council.
  • Managing CRM’s (Customer Request Maintenance) for the planning team (re-assigning or responding to)

This role will commence in a short term capacity (approx 4-6 weeks) but may be extended for the right applicant. It requires someone who can commence immediately.

To be successful, you must have significant recent experience with Authority and TRIM system.

Must have strong technical and computer skills, as well as demonstrated organisation and administrative skills.

Experience in Local Government is desirable.
