Our client, a high profile federal government department is  looking to fill an APS5 Survey & Ethics Committee Officer position, commencing 30 July 2018 for a 3 month period.

Applicants with relevant experience in social research surveys (quantitative) and ethics committees should apply.

Candidates must have:

• A  knowledge of social, demographic or outcomes survey methodologies
• Experience coordinating surveys (data gathering & data analysis)
• Drafting applications for Ethics Committees and coordinating supporting documentation
• Must have solid experience as a writer

The Duties of the role will include:

•          Develop material to support an ethics process;
•          Draft communications and training material;
•          Understand and provide advice on social research surveys;
•          Contribute to a high profile project; and
•          Other ad hoc duties as requested.

Successful applicants will possess the following skillset:

•          Effective written communication skills,
•          Excellent organisational skills,
•          Ability to engage with diverse           stakeholders,
•          Survey expertise, and
•          Independent team member

Candidates must have exceptional organisation skills and previous experience drafting training materials would be highly regarded.
