We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a busy Government department. This position will be based in Barton. This positon is in a busy and high profile area within this highly sought after department.
About the role:
- Diary and inbox management , organise meetings, conferences, prepare agendas and meeting briefs
- Coordination and management of travel for senior executives
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders across a range of government agencies.
- Management of classified and sensitive information
- Manage travel , accommodation and credit card reconciliation
- Stakeholder management - inter departmental, ministerial , government and private sector .
Experience required for the role:
- Strong time management, ability to work to multiple deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highly skilled with MS Suite
To be successful in this role you will have ideally worked in a similar role within the Government Sector. You will hold a NV 1 clearance.
