Project/Policy Officer - NSW Government Department

• Coordinate and undertake programs, projects and activities, research and provide advice to support the achievement of Government objectives in relation to workplace culture, recruitment and retention.
• Be a key contact for a range of Public Service Commission’s workplace culture initiatives, including coordinating the departments response to the People Matter survey and a number of other projects.
• This role will also require you to use your strong stakeholder management and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your highly developed organisational skills will also be critical in this role.
• We are looking for a motivated individual who can act with integrity and work collaboratively to actively contribute to the delivery of culture change across the department.
• The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal and influencing skills, be organised and focused and have experience in project management.
