Great opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to be part of a team responsible for the ongoing performance management of suppliers ensuring alignment with contract management plan and objectives. The role will ensure changes in requirements over the life of existing contracts are effectively managed and communicated to ensure that suppliers continuously delver to business requirements. A key aspect of this role will also be the development and continuous improvement to tools and processes used in assessing supplier performance.
Other aspects of this role will include;

-. Implement innovations or improvements to existing contracts
-Support the development of plans (& implementing if required) to ensure continuity of supply for
essential goods & services.
-. Support the procurement process leading to the development of new commercial arrangements and resultant implementation of external suppliers.
- Proactively support and develop suppliers and internal stakeholders to maximise the value delivered through the contracts
- Implement changes resulting from the continuous improvement of supplier management tools and templates
- Reporting and documentation of contract processes and supplier performance
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following;
-Diploma or Cert IV in a relevant discipline or proven commercial business experience including the management of complex commercial contracts within relevant industry
-Well-developed communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
-Demonstrated ability to implement commercial arrangements for services and materials
-Proven ability to effectively engage with technical and commercial specialists
-Ability to work within and support a culture of accountability and performance
-Proven planning, problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through issues and make proposals for the resolution of problems.
-Understanding of procurement processes
