Randstad are currently recruiting for Project Officers within a State Government department. We are calling for social workers and teachers/educators with project officer experience.
The department is a driver for education and development of adults, young people, and children. The role is for 3 months with the likelihood of extension following for the right candidate.
We are seeking a candidate that can provide significant advice and project management across a variety of capacities to support the implementation of improved practice and pedagogy in vocational training.
The main focus within the department is training and participation support for local learning organisations, and providing support to those from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds.
Successful applicants would ideally have experience in the following backgrounds
- Teaching/education
- Social work
- Familiarity with governance - previous work within government highly advantageous
