Central Highlands Water (CHW) is a leading regional water corporation based in Ballarat, delivering high quality water, waste water and recycled water to more than 140,000 people. As part of the Digital strategy which builds on delivering enhanced experiences for CHW customers and the wider community, the organisation is seeking to employ a high performing Digital Communications & Change Lead. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation, with a key deliverable to shift the organisation to increase digital service delivery which will offer scope to both enhance the customer experience and reduce cost to serve.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Customer Experience, the Digital Communications & Change Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and reporting on digital first communication streams and digital change plans for Central Highlands Water. The Digital Communications & Change Lead will strengthen communication across the organisation and drive user adoption through key stakeholder engagement. This role requires excellent communication and team work skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with a broad range of teams and individuals.

In this challenging hands-on role, you'll provide expertise to enable the achievement of project outcomes including strategy development, stakeholder management and engagement, targeted communications, executing change plans and assessing change readiness in regard to cutting-edge digital customer experience enhancements. The right candidate will be part of the Agile delivery team, hence previous experience working in an Agile environment will be highly desirable.
