As the Change Manager you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and supporting the Executive, management and staff through the process of change associated with the implementation of the City of Armadale’s new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
The successful candidate will have excellent internal and external stakeholder engagement skills and a strong ability to work effectively at all levels within the organisation. They will support and advise the senior team to successfully lead business transformation within their business units, support organisational training objectives for the new system and plan and execute the change management strategy.
The successful candidate should have a qualification in Change Management and demonstrated knowledge of IT business analysis and project management methodologies. Change management experience within a Local Government environment will be highly regarded.
