Get Healthy at Work sits within SafeWork NSW, Better Regulation Division (BRD) of the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation (DFSI). Get Healthy at Work aims to improve the health of working adults by providing workplaces with relevant tools/support and advice.
The role of a Business Engagement Officer will involve providing end to end customer support services including case management to participating businesses in Get Healthy at Work. This role is ideally focused around improving the customer journey by responding to customer queries in a timely manner, strong stakeholder engagement skills and case management experience.
