Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced permanent full time Manager Insights and Innovations to join the Insights and Innovations Group, based in Gladstone/Calliope.

The purpose of this position is to identify, design, develop and successfully implement customer experience optimising technology within Council to optimise our effective use of customer and communication capabilities and data. This position is a key leadership role supporting Council in improving and developing customer service quality, innovations and improvements.

About you

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline and/or significant experience in complex customer experience environments. 
  2. Demonstrated ability to lead innovation and change.
  3. Proficient keyboard skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite and corporate business systems.
  4. Proven track record in the pursuit of quality services including setting and meeting of high standards and a strong customer focus.
  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and work collaboratively with executive, management, and employees from other business units at both strategic and operational levels.
