About the Department
Revenue NSW is a division within the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation. As NSW's principal revenue agency, Revenue NSW administers State taxation and revenue, manages fines and administers grants and subsidies for the people of NSW.

What skills, background and experience do I need to be considered for this opportunity?

• Proven ability to manage a team to resolve a diverse range of complex and sensitive matters in a high volume environment.
• Ability to lead through challenging organisational and operational changes.
• Ability to create and deliver succession planning activities and staff development for a team of leaders with frontline customer service teams.
• Experience in demonstrating resilience when managing the pace, range and complexity of functions within a multi‐channel high volume customer service environment.
• Demonstrated skills in preparing programs which anticipate and respond to evolving
customer needs.

You will need a strong commitment to achieving results, exceptional customer service skills and strong attention to detail. You will need to show tenacity and resilience and have a determination to continually develop and contribute to improving the business.
