The position of Senior Reporting Manager forms a part of the Policy, Programs, Small Business and Employment division, Employment Outcomes branch within the Employment, Investment and Trade group.
The Senior Reporting Manager will work closely across Employment Outcomes Branch and other stakeholders, to manage and undertake reporting and analytics for programs and initatives that address critical issues and opportunities relating to whole of government employment policy and programs. The Senior Reporting Manager works in the Employment Programs teams and supports Branch wide high prority program reporting, analytics strategy and performance targets for Jobs Victoria programs and iniatives that drive employment outcomes across the Victorian economy.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong strategic thinking ability and analytical skills, excellent reporting and analytics experience, leadership skills along with a good understanding of the Victorian Government's employment policies.
