A leading Government Agency is seeking an experienced Communications Project Officer to support and promote a new initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and editing website content using CMS
• Summarising documents for approval by Senior Executives
• Liaising with an array of internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating and quality-assuring the production of communications and deliverable's across a variety of channels
• Assisting in the development of audience/stakeholder profiles and maps
• Analysing needs and preferences in order to inform on strategy 

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications or extensive work experience in Communications
• Experience within Government and/or Health organisations
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment, including working to tight deadlines
• Stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to use Content Management Systems, SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite to a high level
