Environmental Health Officers are required for a variety of duties with Local Council near Melbourne CBD.

They are currently seeking experienced Environmental Health Officers to join on a temporary basis to support this council with the potential for ongoing work in a permanent role.
Your new role
Currently seeking EHOs to assist the council on a long term temporary basis who can provide a hard work ethic, enthusiasm and experience to the team.
As an EHO, your primary duties will include but are not limited to;
- Conducting inspections/audits at registered food premises
- Ensure compliance with the Public Health Act
- Developing relationships with local stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant must be friendly, conscientious and proactive in achieving the challenges set for them. You will be a passionate EHO who has worked in the industry for a minimum of one year and has a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Health Science or the equivalent. Valid police check and a drivers’ licence is also required.
