Overview

This position operates within the Provider and Sector Engagement Branch to assist the group by focusing on planning of engagement for providers with the newly designed Provider Relationship Management (PRM) model.

Duties 

• Engage both internal and external stakeholders to help implement and ensure the proactive and strategic delivery 
• Plan national provider engagement activities.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the division to ensure consistent key messaging to providers
• Designing practices and resources to effectively implement the provider engagement strategy
• Developing and utilising channels to maintain provider engagement staff knowledge of policies, processes and market strategies;
• Analysis of trends and patterns in market responses within and between different regions
• Identifying the information needs of providers relating to changes to provider policies, rules and processes
• Implementing and monitoring effectiveness of capacity building activities and training for provider engagement staff
• Project management and evaluation of provider engagement approaches
• Support information sharing activities with key internal stakeholders including national office portfolios 
• Implementing and supporting regional engagement strategies
• Representing the Agency in discussions with providers, provider peak bodies and industry stakeholders.
• Provide coordination and input into ministerial and parliamentary correspondence, briefs etc.
