Armidale Regional Council is seeking a Grants Officer to join the Economic Development and Management team who play a key role in the management and delivery of a broad range of Council events across the local government area. The role is responsible for sourcing and facilitating successful grant applications to leverage Council’s existing funding for organisational and capital works projects.
Work with and build capacity for local organisations to access funding for community based projects and initiatives.
Ensure effective systems and processes are in place to manage the grant application process.

Operating within the Economic Development and Marketing Service area of Council, the Economic Development and Strategic Partnerships program is responsible for the promotion and encouragement of economic development activity within the Council area. The group develops and enacts the Economic Development Strategy for Armidale Regional Council to drive future economic growth and ensure the region is able to thrive economically and socially.
