Here you will collaborate with functional teams including domain architects, BA & delivery teams to assess the cross functional impacts of business decisions across the Salesforce platform which is shared amongst multiple business units. You will provide recommendations to facilitate business and functional reviews, have management of Project financials, schedules, vendor management and your work with the business users will ensure than implementation activities are in alignment with overall strategy and objectives.
Ideal candidates will have:-
- Project and delivery engagement background preferably in Insurance or Financial Services with 8-10yr’s past record of successful projects in multi-vendor environment
- Experience with one or more Salesforce Implementations is preferred
- Functional knowledge in CRM & Telephony, including but not limited to strategy, business case engagement & preparation, project management
