Milskil has been awarded a contract by Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems to deliver a range of F35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) training services at the RAAF Williamtown JSF Integrated Training Centre. Milskil is now mobilising its project and requires the services of an industry-experienced Project Manager with solid competencies across the PM discipline.

Milskil currently provides training services on the F18A Classic Hornet, F18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler at RAAF Williamtown, Amberley and Tindal.

We are seeking a Project Manager for immediate start. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a depth of relevant experience and supporting qualifications or certifications. Recent project management experience within Defence acquisition or sustainment programs will be highly regarded.
Duties relevant to the role include:
- Project Management across the full suite of domain competencies
- Team management within a complex commercial and operational domain
- Stakeholder management across a diverse and complex customer and user environment
- Oversight and management of commercial activity associated with the project
- Development and maintenance of project controls and associated processes
- Oversight and leadership of a project team operating across a range of venues
Essential Background and Skills include:
- Prior experience as a Project Manager within the Defence domain
- Current or recent Defence security clearance
Desirable Background and Experience includes:
- Project Management qualifications and certifications
- Experience in or out of uniform within Defence training institutions
