A great opportunity now exists for a social research and stakeholder engagement specialist to undertake the role of Coordinator, Research and Engagement at Hume City Council.
Working within the Organisational Performance and Engagement Department, the successful applicant will be responsible for leading a small team of research and engagement practitioners and analysts.
Informed by effective community engagement, demographic and customer experience analysis you will be responsible for developing insights and strong evidence base to guide and inform Council's service planning activities, program delivery and strategy development.
Key Skills:
Provide a high level strategic advice and technical support across the organisation in relation to the development and analysis of social and demographic research, customer experience and satisfaction and internal and external stakeholder engagement and consultation,
Manage the development and implementation of Council's Community Survey, Employee Engagement Survey and other organisational-wide qualitative and quantitative research and engagement initiatives
Facilitate Council's internal and external stakeholder engagement and consultation activities, in line with Council's Community Engagement Framework and Planning Guide, ensuring a coordinated and consistent approach to engagement within Council
