This government organisation promotes better health and wellbeing for the Victorian community. They are currently seeking a Business Planning and Change Manager for a six week period to assist in developing an annual business plan following a structural realignment project within one of the Department’s branches.
As Business Planning and Change Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading all internal coordination, consultation and negotiation in order to facilitate executive approval of the new business plan. You will be working closely with the Assistant Director of the branch to develop up a business plan, working with senior managers to understand branch priorities and programs along with funding, discretionary work and future opportunities - all of which should be reflected in the end deliverable.
Your previous experience in a similar role within Victorian State Government will lead to your success, as will:
- Demonstrated success in organisational change and redesign projects
- Ability to analyse issues from different perspectives to identify and propose effective solutions
- Experience working closely with executive level stakeholders
- Qualifications in fields relating to stakeholder engagement, change management or business analysis are desirable
You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of between $65-74 and a full-time, temporary role with a prominent State Government Department based in Melbourne's CBD.
