ABOUT THE COMPANY.
An opportunity has become available for a Maintenance Manager to join a reputable State Agency located within the Western Sydney Region. Focusing on project expansion and asset maintenance, this team of 20 has collectively upheld a goal orientated working culture without sacrificing a healthy working environment.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of infrastructure construction and maintenance projects across the Agency. You will predominantly be responsible for implementing and managing maintenance programs for roads, parks & reserves and storm water infrastructure.
DUTIES.
- Repair and Rehabilitate urban sealed roads to RMS standards
- Implement maintenance programs for Council
- Attend service calls and breakdowns
- Prepare quotes for repairs
- Degree in Civil Engineering, asset management and construction degree is a must
- Strong understanding of WH&S
- Class C drivers licence
- Current white card
- Public sector experience is highly advantageous
