An exciting opportunity exists for a highly self-motivated team player to contribute to the future provision of schools and early childhood education across Victoria.
You will be involved in the preparation and presentation of discussion papers, submissions, reports and briefings for committees, expert bodies, ministers or key decision makers, and will have a key role in undertaking the research and analysis required to provide an evidence base for the planning and development of Departmental policy, projects or initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will have a demonstrated ability to produce, analyse and interpret complex information and data to inform decision making. You will have the opportunity to apply your problem solving skills, and your capacity to build strong relationships and networks will be critical. You will have a demonstrated understanding of the workings of government and ideally an understanding of the education environment.

Experience in public policy, urban planning or social planning would be desirable.
