Position No: 50382
Are you good at managing your time and priorities to achieve results? An opportunity exists in Council’s Risk Management and OHS team for a motivated, independent person to assist in managing various aspects of Council’s risk exposure. This role will incorporate:
- completion of asset and OHS risk assessments and audits
- management of online incident reporting database
- coordination of asbestos audits and register
- undertaking electrical safety test and tag throughout our various facilities
- general administration of projects
You will need strong time management skills to implement a schedule of regular inspections, computer literacy and accurate data entry skills to manage multiple databases, competence to operate test and tag equipment and an eye for detail. Effective communication skills and an ability to interpret OHS legislation and Australian Standards will assist you to achieve the objectives of the role.
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Interviews will be conducted on Monday 6 August at the Kyneton Administration Office.
