About the Position
Reporting directly to the Procurement Portfolio Team Leader – ICT, this diverse role will work directly within the ICT team with a focus on the application of modern procurement techniques to provide stakeholders with efficient solutions to facilitate delivery and add value.
This will be a six month fixed term role with the possibility of extension.
About You
You will have the following experience and knowledge:
- Degree qualifications in Business, law or equivalent working experience
- Proven ability to consult and develop productive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated operational experience gained in developing and implementing complex contractual arrangements preferably gained within ICT environment
- Broad experience with contract precedents, for the procurement of goods and services, knowledge of QITC contracts is an advantage
- Ability in preparing, issuing, recording and evaluating tender documentation
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Sound knowledge of government and legal regulations and requirements
