Salary package up to $156,294 per annum

 

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team which takes pride in the benefits our expertise ultimately delivers for the people and economy of NSW.  Property NSW (PNSW) delivers expert property advice across whole-of-government. Our property expertise supports agencies to improve services for the benefit of NSW.  

The successful candidate will work closely with multiple stakeholders to understand agency’s accommodation requirements from a geographic and service delivery need perspective and develop strategic office accommodation solutions that meet whole of government objectives. You will work closely with other divisions to ensure a collaborative approach when delivering accommodation strategies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

To be considered for this challenging Portfolio Strategist role, you will be expected to have demonstrated experience in property portfolio planning. You will have highly developed communication and relationship management skills with a proven ability to comprehend the economic, political and social dependencies. A background in Property Economics or Strategic Planning and/or demonstrated experience in the development of Locational Strategies or Strategic Planning will be highly regarded.

This is a unique opportunity to use your influencing, collaborative and stakeholder management skills across a diverse range of stakeholders to effectively meet PNSW objectives.

 

Essential Requirement:

 

Tertiary qualifications in a property or related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and

experience

Question 1

Provide an example of where you have been required to manage multiple stakeholders with varying agendas to develop a portfolio strategy that meets policy objectives. What management approach did you take to ensure alignment of your stakeholders?

Question 2

Outline your preferred methodology for analysing the current and future state of a property portfolio and provide an example of where you have applied this methodology in the past.

 

Salary: Grade 11/12. Salary package up to $156,294 Package includes salary ($121,917 - $140,996) and employer’s contribution to superannuation.

 

Job Status: Ongoing under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.
