You will be working for a large State Government department that supports Victorians to build prosperous, socially engaged, bringing together many different areas that drives the economy together. It does this by supporting our daily development, strengthening multiple investment, facilitation, trade and innovation in the 21st century.
Working with a variety of departments you will:
- Prepare and present detailed reports that are on the matter of data analysis, safety investigation and risk indicator to contribute with policy
- Conduct research and present analysis on a range of transport and safety related issues
- Provide authoritative advice towards management, staff and external stakeholders about transport incidents (including analysis and interpretation/trends)
- Data extraction from TSV to relevant Acts, Regulation and procedural requirements.
Opportunity available for Information Analyst with the following experience:
- Demonstrated experience in using complex information systems, including the ability to read, extract and understand data.
- Good understanding in information governance principles such a security and privacy.
- Broad understanding in transport safety.
