About the role
Reporting to the Parks Coordinator (Arboriculture), this role will assist with the maintenance of all parks, reserves, streetscapes and trees throughout the City of Nedlands.
About the successful candidate
The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of general horticulture practices including planting, watering and tree maintenance practices and will also be able to follow work schedules and perform on site work without direct supervision.
The person we seek will hold a Certificate II Parks and Gardens or Horticulture, a current Basic Worksite Traffic Management certificate, an OSH White card and a MR class driver’s licence.
Previous experience using a hand fed wood chipper and a nationally accredited chainsaw certificate would be advantageous.
What we offer
This permanent full time position offers a salary of $61,255 per annum + Superannuation.
