Service Transformation Project Officer

• $70,030.00 - $81,475.00 per annum plus superannuation.
• Monthly Rostered Days Off available 

Moonee Valley City Council is currently seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Business Improvement Department in the position of Service Transformation Project Officer.

The Service Transformation Project officer will be self-starter, innovative and have well-developed understanding of the principles behind continuous improvement. You will lead and provide support to a range of priority project that improve equitable outcomes. As part of a professional customer orientated and friendly team, you will play a key role in building a positive team environment.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

• Establishment of first contact data capture to provide meaningful reporting on customer interactions, and to assist with the monitoring of performance against key performance objectives
• Reviewing business processes, service standards and supporting the implementation of technology and delivery of responsive training.
• Undertaking research and assisting with the preparation of project status reports, briefings and recommendations relating to all project streams.
• Taking an active part in team-building, quality improvement practices, business planning and other branch or corporate activities and attending after-hours meetings and training.

Interested applicants will have a relevant tertiary qualification in the relevant discipline or Diploma in project Management (or similar), or relevant experience in a customer service project management or business transformation role.
