Kelly services is seeking to engage with an experienced Business Analyst for one of our government based clients located in Chatswood. The successful will be on an initial 6-month to 1 year contract and will be responsible for providing analysis and additional support by utilising Hyperion Costing and reporting systems within the Finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile the preparation of all reporting, along with creating graphs and charts within the Department

• Generate and collect data, maintain and reconcile costing report (excel) and administration of Hyperion based costing systems (HPCM) and Hyperion planning systems

• Provide financial support functions within the finance unit to ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded.

• Provide support in the administration of internal stakeholders to ensure that Hyperion is integrated and functioning within the business.

Criteria for Selection:

• Vast experience as a Business Analyst and superior intelligence with Hyperion costing and profitability systems (HPCM)

• Previous experience within the Government sector is highly regarded

• Windows Batch/Unix Shell Scripting for data automation/loading

• SQL

• Good understanding of financial models and ability to translate financial models to cost models in Hyperion systems.

• Other Hyperion products such as Hyperion planning and Hyperion financial reporting.

• Experience with Oracle and OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence) is extremely regarded
