Temporary/ term vacancy for 12 months with possible extension
The SACE Board of South Australia is responsible for the development and management of curriculum and its assessment, as well as the certification and reporting of student achievement and student participation data, in the South Australian Certificate of Education.
The Test Analyst is accountable to the Applications Development Team Leader for challenging the integrity of the major corporate databases, particularly those that contain the Board's enrolment and assessment data, ensuring that any new system or changes to existing systems lead to optimum efficiencies and do not cause adverse impact, and contributing to the development of quality specifications by collaborating with system users as directed.
There are two temporary/ term vacancies for up to 12 months with the possibility of an extension. These are full time vacancies working 75 hours per fortnight (1.0FTE). The incumbent works under the SACE Board of South Australia Act.
Appointment is subject to a satisfactory child related background screening and national criminal history check obtained through the Screening and Licensing Unit, Department for Communities and Social Inclusion.
Skills and Requirements
A tertiary qualification in computing science or a related discipline, or the equivalent gained through relevant experience and training.
