To ensure we deliver our vision, we are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Officer - Painter, to join our Service and Delivery team and to contribute positively to our fast paced environment. The Position
The position is associated with the use of acquired skills in the trade position of painting and decorating, with the incumbent potentially qualified through an apprenticeship satisfying the requirements of TAFE or Apprenticeship Authorities for certification in the trade.
The successful applicant will be required to interpret and apply learned skills in resolving problems for customers in a business-like manner whilst retaining advice to within their level of skill and knowledge.
Criteria:
- Hold a trade license qualification in Painting
- Hold TAFE or other industry qualifications relative to Painting
- Hold a current NSW Drivers License (Class C)
