The opportunity
We are seeking to appoint a Team Leader who will provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure that project specifications are adhered to and deadlines are met.
Working closely with their supervisor and engineer, this exciting opportunity will suit an individual who wants to take responsibility as well as a willingness to review, develop and improve more efficient work processes and practice.
You must have good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including teamwork and customer service skills. You must be an excellent and proactive collaborator, and are able to demonstrate experience in negotiating and resolving conflicts.

Remuneration package: RMS Wages Non-Trades Team Leader Grade 2, Pay Point 12 ($1,397.76 per week) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
